Marine itch

Hey guys any recommendations for the best treatment for marine itch? I can see small white spots on my clownfish and tang. I am guessing it's marine itch. Any suggestions would be really helpful.

I only use UVC filters that are 100% safe. No chemicals added to the water that affect corals, shrimps or snails.
