Mark This Forum as Read And Return

I know this is a small request but something I really miss from previous forums I've been involved with. I always liked the feature to mark a forum as read, and then have it return me automatically to the main forum page. Any chance of making this happen in the future?

If you double click on the new ballon when you are on the forums page it will 'mark all forums read".
Not what you are looking for but it does work the same with alittle more effort.
