Well just keeping him separated in low light is what I would do even possibly put him in a qt as long as he didn't get lacerations like a open wound he should be fine but if he does I've I've heard of people using pimafix to treat wounds but I personally have never used it when this happened to my fish it was to late for me to try and save them one day they are good the next morning they are dead if you see him swimming abnormally almost like he's in a daze or like he's drunk then it might be to late hopefully he makes it though

hes swimming fine and eating seaweed and pellets just he just likes to hide in cave like the majority of the time dont know if its normal, also wouldn't transfering him to my qt which has a little dose of copper and in a salinity 1.009 stress him more cuasing more harm then good, also my qt has a choc tang and naso tang.

Yea I'm sure it's just from fighting I had a really nice Atlantic tang and he got flukes I didn't notice it until I put him in my tank and when I seen it on him I quickly made a qt and 2 days later he died but the flukes you could see them physically raised on his skin like bumps
