yay!!! finally was able to take a pic of this awesome Aussie lords.. can't wait for a nice colony of these... Brightest orange/red, w/ yellow'ish ring and yellow'ish Rainbow centers... :)

and same but different shots that I thought were pretty cool... ;) 1st one focus more on the Pink Rainbows and the 2nd shot more focus on the Purple Rainbows...

I had the same problem with my old set up... my 32g (24"x18"x18") used to be lit by 250w MH w/ 14k Phoenix DE... no other lighting... they would be awesome Rainbow for the first week and start losing the Green/Yellow/Orange after the first week... I ended up letting go of most of them... only a few kept their colors and I had to let all my lords go when I moved last December... man, it's already a year... time passes by so quick!

anyway, the ones I have now tend to keep their colors more with the 150w DE w/ 20k Radium bulb and (2) 18w PC's light set up... I do plan on building another nano w/ T5's and it'll cater more to Rainbow Aussie lords and possibly a Snowflakes clownfish pair as the main tenants... :)

HE's HERE!!!!

finally received my Snowcasso clownfish (really, it's just a Picasso with more white markings than you see)... I had a pair of ORA Grade A Picasso's but I was given the chance to get this guy... I let go of my smaller ORA Picasso in place of the new guy... I don't see any problem with him getting along with my existing ORA Picasso... the ORA Picasso is easily twice as big as the new Snowcasso... anyway, enough with babbling... ;)

I got the new Snowcasso from a breeder... I think you should be able to get some black ones from TFG...

LoLz... I only had a pair of Occy's before my Picasso's... but I couldn't pass up the little guy... he's being chased around by the larger Picasso today but I'm really hoping in the next few days, the larger one will get use to the little guy... :)

welcome to the club!!! Vortech ROCKS!!! :)

the MP40 is set to the lowest setting on short pulse mode w/ about med range pulses.... I'll be switching to reef mode on the weekend and see how my corals like it.. :)

Tank is just awesome!

Why havent u had any Blastos in a while? U had them die up on you?
The ones u got are sick! I cant waitto get my other btank set up so I can have a piece of my sand-bed for a lot of Blastos. Have always been one of my fav coral. Just dont have room for any right now...

And the new clown is awesome! And sweet acans as well.
