Max pic size?

Does anyone know what the maximum picture size is for the "Insert image" tab. Is there someplace that explains this that I can't find?

There is a link in the thread to another post about this issue.

Perhaps @maroun.c or @revhtree can give us a final answer to this? It would be nice if they would make a stickie with the exact allowable size so we can all easily know.
