Maxspect jump gyre controller

We just got the gyre flow 2k setup, pump seems to work fine but the controller does not display any info. So I have no way of setting it up correctly.

I’ve tried searching for this issue but not found a remedy. Am I missing something simple?

I think it is faulty.
Have you tried reaching out to Maxspect or the place you acquired the pump from?
