That’s fine if you want to keep it as a backup, no worries. For just the pump, I have seen them on eBay for $80-100.

I have the controller that came with the 4k. It works with the 2k good

I only need the pump since the lagoon controls two pumps. No worries, I was just curious.

One thing I’m not crazy about is using water change mode or turning the return pump off. It’s extremely loud, scares the fish, and when starting back up, fills the entire aquarium with bubbles, I mean extreme bubbles.

I like looking at my corals top down multiple times a day with royal blue leds on to admire the colors. This makes me not want to turn anything off. Lol

True, but, there is something about looking at the whole tank with all pumps off. Minor annoyance, I’ll get over it.

Ok filled the tank, have several leaks in the plumbing. I brought it up to BRS, they refunded me 40% because the tanks are discontinued and it would take 5-6 weeks to get new plumbing. They are such great people. I know some people have had issues but their customer team has been incredible every time I’ve had an issue.

Interestingly, I reached out to BRS about the leaky plumbing and was told they're still working on a solution.

I didn't. I just asked what could be done to resolve the issue and got that response back.

I guess I could reply back something about not wanting to delay startup.

What setting do you guys have your skimmer set to? I had to take mine all the way down to 1 to get it to settle. Sorry if this is a dumb question but kinda feels wrong to have it down that low.

I'm not sure my response is relevant since I don't have the LS-060 up and going yet. But my SK-800 on the LS-150 runs at a level 5.
