Hello, I bought an xf150 gyre a couple of years ago. Anyway, the motor gave out a few weeks ago (I think the power cord cracked. I cleaned it really well, but still got the red flashing light of death). I registered an account on their website. Their website wouldn't accept the serial number or let me upload a picture. 8 days later, I get a return email stating that they closed my claim. What? I didn't get any more info or any response at all. They didn't even tell me where I could purchase a new motor (every online site states they are out of the motors). These gyres are not cheap, but I wasn't asking for a new gyre. I just wanted some help.
