Maybe...flukes? 6+ weeks and no deaths though....?

Gram positive bacteria infection?

This has been ongoing for over 3 weeks now. The clownfish and the naso looks pretty rough then get better off and on. The clownfish look the worse, but the naso has hazy eyes too.

Probably nothing I can treat in the dt? At this point I'd have to pull everyone and qt all my livestock, huh?

Yes, I don't have any other treatment suggestions for you in the DT. Those "reef safe" products out there are also "disease safe". That said, if it isn't flukes, I don't have a clear treatment for you to try anyways.....
