Meat coral skeleton help

Been having trouble with low nitrate and PO4 recently. Here is a pic taken tonight of my cynarina. Any input appreciated.

Nitrate 2-5
PO4 undetectable
Calcium 400
Alk 8.9

Using salifert

High alk
High calcium
Too much flow
Too much or too little light
Pests
Temperature too warm
Salinity elevated

I moved him under some rock work in the shade, I'll keep eye to see if it helps. Upgraded lights recently so I think that is issue.

24 hours after moving under some live rock in shaded area it already looks much better. Thanks
