This is how I I currently have my filter media set should the Biological ceramic rings go First or last? I also have have space on chamber 1 to let it sit there before the filtration if I can get some feedback thanks.

Matrix ceramic rings are both the same thing and should go last as to avoid clogging from detritus and such. These products remove ammonia and nitrite which are unaffected (not directly that is) by the filter floss or chemi pure blue.

Thanks so should I keep both the matrix and ceramic rings or can I replace one for something else to improve filtering?

You can combine them if you want. As for other media, it all depends on how your tank is doing. Just to make sure, the tank is not cycling right now correct?

I have filter floss, Purigen, Chemi-pure blue, and two bags of media pure gems. I change the filter floss every three or four days depending on how it looks. I do not run Purigen all the time. I run it for a few weeks at a time about every three months.

If you are looking to upgrade the lighting, I am selling the Steve’s LEDs in the near future. They are very good lights. Able to easily grow acropora at half power.
I also have a bunch of other equipment.

reach out if looking for upgrades (which you’ll definitely want eventually)
