Dude is sticking his tongue I mean his foot out at me and flipping me off! And acclimation didn’t go as planned considering I put the cup in to float and drip some of the water in the cup and he fell in! The good new is he opened up right away and the salinity matched.

Ship and dump is the only way to acclimate. .

The tank is already set up for filter feeders! So daily targeted feedings of plankton and silicates/Sponge Power!

And in case you were wondering he moves and closes super fast too so I am pretty confident he won’t become dinner!

Lucky scallop, then- sounds like you've got a shot at keeping it alive! They're such pretty animals, it really is a shame they aren't photosynthetic.
