I remember more frogs when there were less people. Where I live I was once unable to see another home or structure in the distance. Tons of wildlife was always around. Now you cant even see the sky.

Beautiful custom

lol - I printed 2 of them, one for the Trident and one for Trident NP (in red & white though). They are much smaller and really access to those tiny tubes since they do get clogged or loose.

I've been thinking about doing this for a while. When I saw yours on your thread, I pulled the trigger and printed it. Thanks!

Are you running LED tubes in your fixtures?

Thanks. No, they come that way and designed for high humidity enclosures.

Thank you! Excited to get back to get back to scaping and building. Ill be working on a rainforest in a curio cabinet once this reef is put together.

I currently have a list of projects to get to after my abrupt break in the hobbies. Spent the last 2 years caring for my parents as they passed. Just getting back to my usual flow now with some larger projects.

Sol tech lights are fantastic btw if youre ever looking for track or spot/pendant lights. I use them in my place exclusively for plants and like them for freshwater tanks as well. They punch light 8ft strong enough to grow bananas inside.

I'm really sorry to hear that. It's very tough and have been there with my wife's mom. My dad (and best friend) pass a few years ago, but blessed to still have my mom and in very good health. She's actually here at my house with our new granddaughter for a few weeks. I love having family over.

Thank you. Yeah my dad was my best friend also. I was very close to both of my folks actually. Hardest thing I have been through to be honest. Keeping busy with projects/work has been nice and reminds me of working on design projects with them.

My wife mostly runs Greenthumbscapers and started that account back in 2017. She convinced me then that people wanted to see what I was working on. I was a solitary nerd before then and didnt really share any of my work because I didnt think anyone would be interested . I started a second account to post the reef stuff on though I expect to see it here and there on our first account too along with the other projects.

I hope so! That's beautiful! I got a lot of nice pieces. I really like the look of the vectorman. We'll see what it does! I got a MASSIVE nero table as well.

Vectorman is pretty cool have had it in my tank for awhile now big meaty polyps and pretty hardy.

After reading through last few pages I want to go out and get a terrarium now and a dart frog,,,, or the spikey looking dude :P

Sorry to hear about the loss of your dad. Only been a few months for me for both of my folks. Glad to hear your mom is doing well. Enjoy every moment you can, in the end it always feels as though it wasnt enough.

Looking good. They are the way to go, super easy to check and see if you have any leaks and do and repairs if needed. I like the mini tower allot more than the factory. BUT I did see these new fangled ones out now that can have the panels clear if you want. I think there around 130.00 so not really cheap.

I know the one you're talking about. I think it's by Printed Reef. I printed this one myself so under $10.

Yes, maintenance is much easier with the mini tower for sure.

Yep yep that s the one, I mean it is super cool but gahhh cant do 130 bucks and my mini tower is only about a year old. They had a sale around xmas and I think they were like 100.00 and I almost pulled the trigger.

Why so many pictures and vids you ask? It's because this a great place to journal what you've done to you reef over time. I was able to go back to the old RC forums and see everything I did over 15 years ago. It's pretty cool and I really appreciate @REEF2REEF for hosting us all!
