He did an amazing job on that when I had aiptasia. I'm about to merge a tank over and the tank things are coming out of has aiptasia in it again, I know he'll clear it up.

I had no luck with CBB and my fish all ate any berghia when I attempted them.

I considered the berghia as well, but my two wrasses (six line and yellow) would likely make quick work of them. I may take a risk and get one. Can’t find them locally though and not a cheap fish either.

I got mine through AquaSD a few years back. Came in a huge bag of water, packed better than their corals typically are

Matted filefish ?
also prone to nip at coral, IME ,1 out of 10 will nip once aip's are gone,currently have a model citizen for a couple of years now...

TSA also have them and a little cheaper. I don't know if they quarantine though. I think I'm going to give the file fish a shot and see what happens.

Not that i've ever experienced w them,the 1 I have rt now sits and eats flake 6" from 4k gyre at 70%...

Sold! Thanks for the advice and info, Frank. I would have like a Stripey for this, but will go with the File fish.

Sold! Thanks for the advice and info, Frank. I would have like a Stripey for this, but will go with the File fish.

Let me know how it goes. Would be a better fit for my tank size vs a stripey I believe. Plus small enough wonder if I could place him in the sump refugium to clean it up. That Aussie branch rock is the source of my aiptasia

I had filefish in my old tank, my experience was they'd clear it out - then decide they liked the other fish food more and stop controlling it eventually. Cutest little guys though. Only ever had one that caused issues with corals.

And the tank woke up feeling good this morning. Earlier this week I added MAG that was a little low and brought it back up to 1450 where my tank likes it. The corals look so much happier with improved PE and my ALK and CAL consumption started going up again.

That's good to know. I feed like crazy too so who knows. If it can clear out what I have now, I will consider it a win.

If possible i like the keeping it contained in sump and moving rocks w aips to him, but that's not always possible
