Metal Screws in Pump OK

I bought a chinese nano skimmer and just noticed the needle wheel pump it comes with uses metal screws. They look stainless, but I am nervous about having any metal in my tank. Should I return it?

I have metal screws in the face of the pump on my Ioaoi skimmer. I'd rather them be something easier to remove, but they have held up fine. No rust or even pitting. I was a bit worried too when I first got the skimmer, but it's OK.
