I’ve been heads down the last month or two fine tuning flow, light, trace element dosing and small rubble to round out the scape.
almost all acro seeds are planted with plenty of room to grow out.
Encrusting and tissue vibrancy has increased quite a bit lately. Now all I can do is wait and ensure water quality, bacteria and nutrients are on point oh and hope for the best..
Beautiful tank. I recently got sucked into chalices too haha. I need to find a Frag of jellybean.
Can you post more photos of your controller board? Did you make that or buy one and fit it into the stand?
the controller board was built by the makers of the aquarium and the stand, Crystal Dynamics Aquariums.
It’s made of plywood and screws into the plywood at the bottom of the stand and the top of it. It’s super simple but works perfectly.
I still need to organize the wires, but managing the life in the water has been the priority with the time I’ve had the last few months.
Polyps are hitting their stride now as things get dialed in.
I find higher end zoas fussier than most nicer acros. They’re certainly also challenging but rewarding!
