does this look like ich at all… only seems to be around his head but i wasn’t sure if he got some debris on him from me turning my pump back on after feeding but ill have to watch him closely.

Could be ich or debris, can you retake a video under white light?
You can also just watch it for a few days to see if the spots drop off and stay off, or if they change location and change numbers (more likely ich).
