I just tested after adding another 6 ml at 1:48 and it is still showing up clear. Should I add another 6ml?
I would mix up 1 gallon of new salt water. I would then add around 5 times the recommended copper to it, mix it, and test it. See where you end up. That way you will have a good idea of how much you need to dose to your tank to get copper where you need it.I just tested after adding another 6 ml at 1:48 and it is still showing up clear. Just don't add the freshly mixed salt water to your QT for a day or two, then you can use it for a small water change.

I find it frustrating that these manufacturers give you dosing instructions but never tell you what ppm content you should get after the add.
I did the gallon test thing but It is nearly impossible to tell which color it matches up to.
It would be nice if manufactures would do that. Would make things a lot better for the end user. Could Copper-Aid be geared more for FW tanks?
It says on the bottle it is for fresh and saltwater tanks.

This looks pretty on point... probably a bit high. But now you know what it takes to get the levels up.
