Came home from work and went to feed like normal and the damsel in my girlfriends tank wasn’t moving much just like stuck to the bottom. I touched him with a stick I have for my other coral tank and he seemed to slowly swim around. His gills were moving but he keeps going right back to the same spot. Here’s some background and parameters.

10 gallon nuvo fish only tank.
water changes every week.
it’s been up and running since March 5th with life rock and live sand.
8.2 ph
No ammonia
.026 salanity

While not the cause, fish only tanks run better at 1.021-1.023.
The reduction in salinity can be done within minutes and will help your fish breath.
By your description, sounds like it’s sick, but impossible to diagnose.
