Last week I bought a Milwaukee digital refractometer from Saltwater Aquarium.com which did not work right out of the box. Called Saltwater Aquarium.com which they answerEd right away gave me a return label and sent out a new meter. When the new meter arrived it worked but now no hard case which was part of the first order. Called Saltwater Aquarium.com on Saturday and left a message on their phone because they were closed. On Monday they returned my call and told them that I had sent everything back to them. Wednesday I received the hard case. Great customer service thanks for all that you did.
