I have a 75g reef and I'm interested in getting a mini carpet anemone. What do you guys think? Are they fish eaters? Will my clownfish host it?

I have
- yellow tang
- clownfish (2)
- firefish (2)
- orange spotted goby (2)

No, it will not host your clown. You can however have sexy shrimp and porcelain crabs with them. I have had a couple of smaller fish go missing in my tank that I suspected may have been dinner, but I can't prove it. I did see one spit out my leopard wrasse, but he was already on the verge of dying before the anemone got him.

I have 12 mini carpet anemones and 7 flower anemones together with 5 bubble tip anemones. I keep clown goby, prawn gobies and 1 shark nose goby for a year and don't lose a single one yet. Also a Ruby red dragonet. My fish just avoid them while my sexy shrimp love them.

My firefish lives right next to a mini maxi and neither seem to be concerned with the other. I was worried about it at first but haven't had an issue with it. My sexy shrimp really like fussing about in the mini maxi as well.
