Here is my newest tank and the rock work in question ... you cane see the polyurethane adhesive (brown doh) in the pictures

Reading all over the web and everyone is saying that polyurethane is safe once dry.... this stuff dried completely over a series of days...

Life is just not looking right in the tank.

So I was following this thread when I was unhappy with my aquascape due to lots of flow problems that intern was causing other major issues. I looked through this thread and drew lots of inspiration. Good news is my flow and specimen visibility is now greatly improved with the minimalist approach.

Now for the process of getting things remounted and completing the new cycle I caused... blek.

Just a few flat pieces of Liverock :)

Leonardo, your literally building a reef from ground up. I know you have a bare bottom but I always thought we could put 1" of sand on the bottom with a couple of rocks and build a reef from scratch. You have proved we can. Nice Reef.

Jidenski,

Wow what a difference, could we see another picture after everything is mounted? Did you cure the Pukani rock before putting it in the tank?

It was Marco Rocks, so I just washed them off in the tub a few times and then put them in. Once I get through the cycle, I'll be posting more pics.

In progress. I am kind of taking my sweet time and getting the SPS in place before I focus too much on the LPS. Probably should post pics with full lights on as well
