One of my zoa heads is missing. Relatively small colony. Do fire shrimps eat Zoas? Had my powerhead suck in some air as the suction cups fell off earlier today. Could this be the cause or could it be the fire shrimp? Other inhabitants are a pair of small-ish clowns.

You may want to target feed your shrimp so it doesn’t develop an appetite for something else. If your tank is relatively clean and there’s nothing else for it to eat, they may turn to corals.

Keep in mind that these shrimp graze many hours out of a day. I feed mine frozen food every time I feed my fish or corals. It steals food from them anyway.
