I have had a dark mocha clownfish for about 1 month now amd i just added a coral banded shrimp today. What is the best food to feed the shrimp to leave my clown alone. Clown is frantically swimming around. I think the shrimp is being aggressive. Both are similar size. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Any meaty food it should eat. Try some frozen fish. They frequently pick the scraps from moray eels teeth so if you find what moray eels eat, that would be their favorite.

Any suggestions on how to feed him? Like putting in on a fork and in front of him or letting it fall and for him to find.

Id just drop it in, they should hunt it down. But see how comfortable it is with a fork. What will you feed it?

Ok just watch feeding frozen supermarket shrimp. Sometimes its loaded with sodium phosphate. Algae may grow like crazy. Its used as a preservative. Make sure you read all ingredients if you buy from the grocery store

Yeah i will do that for sure. I should probably buy it thawed instead of frozen so it is fresher. But i will look at ingredients.

Just put some shrimp pieces in the tank. Shrimp is devouring the shrimp pieces.
