Mixing kalk for ATO

I want to start dosing kalk from my ATO. But I can’t mix it in my ATO. Will it ruin the kalk solution if I mix it, let it settle, then put it into the ATO?

By ruin I mean aerate too much and lower the ph

That works......try not to get that slurry at the bottom though....it will eventually kill you ATO pump
