Great looking tank. About to start my build thread, had my 130.4 for a few weeks. Curious why you went away from the XR15’s? I have 2 pros with intention of getting 2 more although the light spread in the living room is scary with just the two..

Congrats on your new tank. Team 130.4.
The XR15 were ok for less demanding corals. I felt there was there was too much shadowing with my aquascape with only 2. I also wanted more par since I added more SPS to the top half of the tank. You should be ok with 2 15s if you’re not keeping a lot of SPS.

Thanks friend. Congrats on the MX110! Such a great tank. Let me know if you have a build thread and I'll give it a follow. The GSP is the branching variety (Briareum). They are really neat since they grow vertically instead of encrust.

My Waterbox 130.4 has been through many challenges during the past 3 months. During the multiple tank moves, I lost my beloved McCosker’s Flasher Wrasse and many Acropora colonies. This hobby can be such a gut-punch.

The tank is finally back in its permanent home and starting to rebound. Still need to replace many of the lost corals/fish but I’m hopeful it will make a full recovery.

Huge thanks to fellow Waterbox family member, @_eezye_ , for helping me with the tank moves. Couldn’t have done it without him.
