Evening Reefers,

Is anyone else experiencing issues with the Mobius App..? I'm unable to login.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled App..Nothing.!

I've removed power cables from devices..! Nothing..!

Reset lights and changed password still getting the message as per pic.. Anyone else having such issues.?

Cheers Guys, Thought i was going mad..I have tried all the stuff i listed but still to no avail..!! Crap really Ecotech charge the world for these products and the app is so poor:eek::face-with-raised-eyebrow:..Still running off bluetooth. ReefBeat app is miles ahead.

Mobius is definatly not my favorite app. Mine still changes date and time which it's done since the release. It did it again just last week.
I agree about reefbeat. I use 9 different apps for stuff on my tanks and reefbeat is my favorite.

Yes sounds very similar to myself..Had the message saying device was not correct time or soemthing.? And now these messages today, really glitchy of late. Unless Ecotech are working on the app ready for the wifi switch lol lol lol :rolling-on-the-floor-laughing::rolling-on-the-floor-laughing:

Mine keeps changing times too. Probably twice a week across 3 devices

Mines been doing it off and on since I started using mobius a year or two ago. It's a known issue that is being ignored. Funny thing is not everyone experiences it. I have three gen 4 xr15s sitting on a shelf because one time too many I woke up in the middle of the night with the lights on.

I can’t even have devices on the same ‘tank’ without having clock issues that impact one device but not the other. The only temp fix was to remove the devices and put them back on. After doing that a few times I opted to split them up. Still do it, but less annoying to ‘fix’

Right! They have our emails, why not send out a notice.
Yup, it is not hard. If one of the services I manage ever went down I have to create special tickets and get communications out to the users. Takes a matter of minutes. Pure laziness on ecotech’s part imo
