About 2 days ago I acclimated a Molly to salt water. Everything was fine until this morning, when I found him strange and with his fins bitten. I quickly transferred him to a small boat, where I acclimatized him to brackish water. I suspect it is some kind of illness, because for the last few days he has had something similar to red poop. I don't know how much time I have left to do something about this, please help me right now!!!

Will be hard to assess without pictures under white light intensity. Can be aggression, injury or other

Ok, maybe it's not the best photo, but in my words it's just a very dark little red thread.
Red may then be a Piscicolidae Worm and can be removed with tweezers gently. After watch for any infectious sores.
For a second assessment - @Jay Hemdal

Welcome to Reef2Reef!

Where there other fish in with it that could have bitten its fins?

How did you acclimate it, and what salinity raise did you put it through?

Do you know what species of Molly it is? I can’t tell from the photo. Not all mollies can adapt to seawater.

Hi!
I don't think it was anyone, in fact the only one who paid attention to it was my Mandarin who sometimes came close and my Clown, but only when the molly came close to the anemone. Regarding acclimatization, I put it in salt water when the salinity levels had equalized. About the species, it is a Sailfin Molly. He is currently struggling to survive while I acclimatize him back to fresh water. And by the way, I have already removed that "red poop", which apparently was a worm.

Update #1

Molly died at approximately 4:30 PM (Mexico City time), but I didn't have time to do an update until now. However, I just acclimated a pair of Mollies who were healthy, eating and without any symptoms of illness. I hope they survive.

Oh, sorry, I meant 5:30.

Good - sailfins are very adaptable, they actually do best in seawater.

Update #2

I introduced 2 more Mollies, one common and one Sailfin. I found the Sailfin Molly dead at night for no apparent reason, but the common female was in very good health. After trying to find a reason, it seemed to be that he just died and that was it, and when I was about to give up... BAM! I found out the killer was my BTA. I saw with my own eyes how the nem stung my Molly to death, the Molly went from being healthy to dead in just 5 minutes (or less).

It could be the anemone, but a fish suffering from acclimation stress is also more prone to darting around uncontrollably, and getting trapped by an anemone.
When I acclimate mollies to seawater, I typically move them into an intermediate tank and make 6 or more gradual steps over two or three days. Here is my basic acclimation article:
