Monti growth

Well I have been battling monti nudis I think I have them.all this time but my question is my green monti got eaten pretty good was wondering if it will recover the eaten part?

As looking at it i realized something, the nudi apparently only eats the color off the coral that's weird. as I was dipping them small flakes of color would come off. it's weird it builds this dense calcium structure but is really only living on the very top I dunno seems weird to me lol end rambling lol

If all the nudis are gone then yes it will recover like normal
