Mine looked something similar when I bottomed out my P04. Dosed seachem's flourish phosphorus as directed and in a week it started to recover.

What's your water pramameters?

Just did a 50% water change so they should be almost perfect and going to do a 20 percent water change tomorrow

I’m sorry, respectfully that doesn’t help me understand your water parameters.
