I am thinking about adding a couple things to my 40 gallon.

Current: Yellow Watchman Goby, Royal Gramma, Spotted Mandarin Dragonet, Ocellaris Clownfish, 2 Engineer Gobies (No Corals)

Potential Additions: Tiger Pistol Shrimp, Fighting Conch, Blue Tuxedo Urchin, Female Spotted Mandarin Dragonet, Male Ocellaris Clownfish, 5-10 Bumblebee Snails

Does this work?

Well you have the potential for the clown fish to fight , the dragonet need lots of pods to feed on , other than that you should be good . Hope you have good filter system and that your tank is fully cycled .have fun !!!

I think you may struggle feeding two dragonets in a 40 gallon. Aside from that it sounds like a reasonable list.
