Currently i own a 32 gallon tank.
Inhabitants:
2 clowns
3 pj cardinals
4 conchs
1 tailspot blenny
1 yellow goby
1 cleaner shrimp
1 pencil urchin
Bunch of snails.

I was thinking about getting 3-4 more pajama cardinals for the tank. Would this end up being too much. My lfs has a bunch of small ones i think the tank would look cool with a smallschool of fish.

That would probably max out your fish load. No guarantees that they'll all get along as they age, though.
Gotcha, i took that into consideration but i have heard they are fairly peaceful and mine do not bother each other at all.

I have 4 cardinals in my system (pajama, blue eye striped and a pair of banggai) and they all get along great and are all probably full grown (close to 2.5"). The pajama is close to 4 years old and the others over a year. My tank is 160-gallons, though - so YMMV in a much smaller system.

Pajama cardinals can grow close to 3" in length in short order, so I'm thinking that 6-7 might be a tad much for your biocube.
