Hello, I moved two Hammer Corals from one spot of my tank to another, just wanted to give them more room. They've been partially closed all day, wanted to get some opinions on how long do I wait before moving them back to their original place? I'm hoping there's enough flow in the new spot for them.

And when I moved them, it was in the morning before my lights came in, so they were closed up.

Picture of it currently

is it more flow where you moved them then what there were? Takes time when corals get touched to regain the normal look. It might not like the flow or light in the new spot but give it time

It's about the same, but its coming from.a different direction if that makes sense. Yeah, I'm patient, but I'm also ok moving it back if need be. Just wondering how many days I should give it. I know zoas could be longer etc but not sure on hammers.

Gotta have some patience with them. I moved mine from one tank to another. They were closed for 3 days. Them they opened up bigger that ever. They do close up at night. Might the the cleaner shrimp messing with it.
