In the end, I didn't lose any fish. My birdsnest and montipora frags were wiped out, most my zoa colonies closed for about 3 weeks and the connective tissues receded. Some lost most thier colors. They have just begun to open back up. My euphyllias and acans never missed a beat. I don't believe it was a cycle issue, it's more likely one of the aquariums used in the move had some contaminants in it. I never used the bacteria, as brandon429 suggested, and haven't checked for ammonia. Only check no3 like once a month. Everything is recovering nicely minus the sps.
