What setting have you guys found that your corals responded to best? Do you keep it on anti sync or sync mode? I have 2 mp40wes in a 6' tank so I am trying to figure out the best settings for my corals.

Nutrient transport mode with custom wave usually
I switch it up and do reef crest some times.

I have three mp40s on my tank. I run reef crest mode. I cant run them in sync because one side of my tank needs a lower setting than the opposite side. I will sync and do nutrient transport mode every two weeks but run them independantly the rest of the time. I would try reef crest mode if you have a pretty good mix of corals. Lagoonal crest if your sps heavy. If stuff gets irratated just switch things up!

I think the "best" would all depend on the kind of corals you have. Is it a mainly sps? Lps?

I have sps, some lps, and a lot of zoas.

How do you do custom wave for NTM? Is the it the second setting for the purple light?

I do Reef Crest with the occasional NT mode, i have a very mixed tank and reef crest seems to keep the water moving well for everything. Like Alex tho, I only use one MP10 and would like a second.

I would say this is a good option here for a mixed reef....let us know what you decide. Good luck

NTM on antisynch. Probably going to have to create a custom wave first though.
Or put both on reefcrest.
