MP10 wet side spinning

My mp40 is doing this , it is a week old. Anything over 25% or so the whole wetside is spinning causing a vibration and noise. My glass is 12mm thick so the medium spacer is recommended. I've also tried using the skinny spacer and it appears to be better but it's still doing it but less. What is the issue? Do I need to let it break it in longer?

I just installed an MP10 on an innovative marine lagoon 25 a few days ago. I did not use the spacer because the instructions say not to if the glass is between 6 mm and 10 mm thick. My glass is 8 mm. It was fine but this am and again tonight after feed cycle the wet side started spinning inside the glass. What is causing this? How do I prevent it?
