Mp40 blinking red, white green etc

Mp40 qd stopped working. Took it apart , seems like the motor (the big silver quarter looking things) spin, but with some resistance. Kinda like turning a wheel with the brakes semi on

should that motor/bearing sound freely?

What about the wet side not the dry side? Dry side should be good. Normally it’s the wet side that gets damaged. Check the magnet on the wet side. I’ve never had experienced issues with the dry side, always the wet side.

I think there is supposed to be resistance on the dry side.
