MP40WES & battery backup

I have a newish Vortech MP40WES that I bought last December and setup in January. It's MFG date is Nov.2014 and in perfect condition. Runs great but I just went with a Gyre 150. I also have a Vortech battery backup that also works great and was MFG in 2012 I believe. I'll take some pics when I get home from work. Both in excellent condition.
