Mp40wqd driver leds not working

Hi everyone.. recently purchased 2 mp40s wqd from a fellow reefer.. one of the drivers all the leds light up but the 2nd one the led on the knob is on but the small leds or the w don’t light up u less I turn the knob.. tried doing a soft reset and still the same? Any input
