I went and bought a mrc magnetic kalk stirrer yesterday my question is. Are they designed to always be stirring or is it like my reef octopus that only stirres every now and them?
The reason I ask is there is nothing in the kalk washer itself it's pretty much just gently moving water around. And the little magnetic bar that sits there that spins you have to spin to get it going. Since there's no shaft or anything that spins it. It's completely magnetic.
