Its not coralline on it, its not looking good. If you get your parameters straightened out, you may save it, but, its not good.

Salinity spiked so whats the color on it

It looks like there are still some areas with polyps. I would leave them be and see what parts survive and what doesn't , then frag to make a clean mini colony if algae starts to take over. Birdsnest typically don't re-grow over old skeleton, but sometimes do.
