Thanks, I'll try some nori tomorrow. Would be interesting to see if any other fish go after it too :)

I feed Spectrum pellets of multiple sizes as well.

You need to go to the Grocery (or Seafood) store and grab a couple LIVE Littleneck/Cherrystone/Quahog clams. Shuck one and serve it.

Those are all the same clam, but just different names for different sizes.

You can keep the live ones in your tank. Great water filters. ;)

I've heard that these are cold water clams and won't survive very long in our warm tanks?

Regardless, I don't think there is anywhere around here that would sell them live. I will try to get some of those clams on a half shell that are frozen, but I might have to wait until I can make a trip to Premium Aquatics, as I don't think anyone around here sells them.

Did you try the nori yet? I'm curious to see if it sparked some interest out of him

They are commonly aquacultured from New England all the way down to Florida, where it's more common (IIRC).

I have some in the Reef that are going on a year.

Well, I can't try much anymore, because he died today. Saw him laying on his side today before a water change, and then stuck to the side of my Vortech later.

Looks like he died from not eating...sucks...I feed so much too.
