Mushroom is unhappy

For the past few month my blue yuma has shrunk drastically and I don't know why.

My water prams are pretty stable.
Ph-8.1
Ammonia-0
Nitrite-0
Nitrate-0
Temp-73.4
The lfs I got it from is using viparspectras and this guy was growing next to some sps so Is it just my lights? I currently have two current usa's but I'm upgrading to a mirage x300. I dose 7ml of kent marine essentials biweekly.

This is 100% lighting related.
Ricordeas do that when they need more light in my experience with them.

Unfortunately I don't have a phone test kit so I'm not sure. But I do have some hair algea so I definitely have phos
