The tank is 30" x 18" x 18" which I had made for freshwater fish about 20 years ago.
I made the stand and canopy myself.
The sump is approx 30 gallons. 1/2 is a refugium, 1/4 is the drain area and skimmer compartment, and the rest is for a carbon reactor and return pump, which is a Ocean Runner 2500.
For flow in the tank I have 2 Tunze 6055 on a 7091 controller and a Tunze 6045.
Lighting consists of a 250 watt mh Radium in a diy lumenarc reflector, and 2x 75 watt VHO 454 actinic.
I used about 25 lbs. of BulkReefSupply Eco rock, which I seeded in the sump of another tank for about 4-5 months.
Just enough sand in the front for appearance.
I only have one fish for now and it's a lawnmower blennie.
I figure on picking up a nice wrasse soon.
The tank has been setup off and on for about 7-8 years, this last time only about 4-5 months.
I took it down last year to remodel the room it was in and moved all the zoanthids and palys to my 240 gallon tank. During that time I hada very large RBTA get chopped up in a seio 1500 powerhead. I lost about a 1/3 of my zoanthid frags and about 1/2 the colonies.
This is the surviving pieces, plus what I've collected since.
