As a side note, I have not been running filter socks unless I have dose Lanthanum Chloride. I also have been cleaning the skimmer cup more.

Test results
My Test results.png

Started running GFO again and the phosphates are down again after dosing lanthanum chloride to get the phosphate down. I am pulling the filter socks again to bring down the nitrates.

Also bring up the salt and alk slightly today.

Hey Jeffery,
Is your cyano still gone?

And... hope you guys gave a Happy New Year... :)

Cyano is still here. The glass is clearing up today without cleaning the glass.

Happy New Year to you also:)

Looking good.. love the morning vid, one of my favorite times to watch my tank :)

You just remind me of some great music to put to my next video. The Grand canyon Suite by Frede Grofe

One of the things I like about my lights in the lunar mode, I can watch the system most nights

you still running Hydras? It looks like you have P&N under control How does pulling the socks help with reducing P&N. I am installing a Roll filter to bring down P and catch it using Lath-C

Yes and still love them. I will do LED on build #2 but use the GHL or Gaseman lights

It looks like you have P&N under control
If you look at the video I posted over in other forum my phosphate are still out of control:eek::D this week. I have been using Lanthanum and need to revisit the formula for dosing.

How does pulling the socks help with reducing P&N
I figure it just keeps the waist trapped. I will most likely go back to changing the socks every other day. I like the rollers for that reason.

Nice Video, do you have any discrepancy with the Hanna SW meter? I have the Milwaukee and it runs a point High. I also see you run multiples using RS and hanna, which do you post? ....and trust?
Lastly........ Do you have a Bio-Hazard truck to pickup the trash:p

Hanna and Aquaforest are my go to tests. I have had issues with Red Sea in the past but like the Red Sea nitrate test.

which do you post?
Ca Hanna
Mg Aquaforest
Alk Hanna
Phosphates Hanna ULR phosphorus checker
Nitrates, ELOS wait for the Aquaforest to be available to test with. As I stated about Red Sea I like for the reason that is it easier to get a number.

.and trust?
Lastly
The above, I am still out on the ELOS test for nitrates

Do you have a Bio-Hazard truck to pickup the trash

I first have to get the plastic box that hangs on the wall at the doctors office with the red bags:eek::p:p:D

Today numbers
I have been dosing 10ml of H2O2 twice a day for the cyano. I change out the GFO and clean out the life bio fil basket today, also switch out %20 life bio fil. Tomorrow I am also going to do a large vacuum water change along with my regular daily water change.
