How is that Salinity tester? I have the Milwaukee and it's OK, it reads 1 point low constantly so I just add a point...I still dont think I should have to do that, sent a few emails requesting to have it calibrated and recived no reply;Sour ..Still in love with your work station, Back walnut & Maple?

The rainbow I have has grown and spread. As like everything else the rainbow is in come back mode.

I am very happy with the salinity tester. I use the PPT instead of salinity and that is my only beef. If the salinity were to read one more decimal out I would use the salinity. I do cover the reservoir every time I take a reading with small ramekin I also calibrate the tester each time.

As @Simon Cushing cushing would say, "when I go out for take away" I save the napkins and use the napkins instead of paper tower to clean the reservoir. The napkins do a much better job;) That is the first time of have read about issue with the Milwaukee.

I am finding out that with any test to have consistency is to use clean/new tips, syringes, clean surfaces and the tests come out more consistent.

About three weeks. Yes the doors are solid and lift up with hydraulic hinges. The finish is oiled instead of a varnish. I chose this type of finish for the reason, if it get scratched all one has to do is sand and reapply oil.

@Fudsey the desk 8' x 6' 30" wide with bread board ends. The desk is an inch thick, nice and solid and is heavy;)
