Everything doing really well. Spent some time recovering from stripping all of the nutrients from the tank. Phosphate now holding steady between 2-4 and color coming back to the corals.

Plan is to add the aquatic life t5 HO fixture to run with the kessils as I think there’s not enough light on the tank. For now though, I lowered them to about 3” from the surface. They were close to 10” away.

Are there any estimates on what 7 inches will do to par readings? Is it a measurable difference?

Man has it been a loooooong few months. I’m fighting Dino’s and it SUCKS!! Did a big cleanup yesterday so thought I’d post some pics. Sorry for cell pics.

Been a loooong battle with the Dino’s but I finally got a hold on everything I think. My perimeters got al out of whack while I was battling them but now the tank is back to being more stable and the coral are showing signs of coming back. I lost a few things and a my pavona and birds nest are both browned way out but their polyps are coming back. Here are some updated pics.

I got a sweet pack of zoas coming this week. Most excited about these. This isn’t my photo but is the mother colony.
