you sir, are a man among men lol. Then again I get the “hot” with the lamb curry I would get from the local Indian place I like. Basically a bunch of Indian gentlemen who came over here that make their moms recipes. First time I ordered they called me making sure I understood what I knew what I was getting into.

but I mean, a good beer and painfully tasty lamb curry. Wouldn’t have it any other way

At our local Thai restaurant, they call me Pāk fị.

Means fire mouth. 1-10 is the heat scale, they make me Steve special. It is not on the scale lol.

I really really wish I could eat Thai. It sounds delicious. Partly because of the heat. But alas, with my peanut allergy I can’t risk it. Had a past girlfriend take me to a Thai place that swore what I’d ordered would be peanut free…still had a reaction. Sad thing is, the dish was freaking delicious

That sucks. I love Thai food. Especially our place we go to. Super awesome flavor and tons of heat. Not that just stuff that is hot with no flavor.
