My Blenny is a moron! Anybody make a cover for the front of powerhead?

Jaebo PP4 set to 10 minute pause for feeding. He decides that this is a good place to setup shop. Two worries: 1) It hurts or kills it. 2) It damages the powerhead. Any ideas welcome...

I think you should study the habits of the fish before you put them in the environment you prepared for them. Unless you want to kill them. The mesh will be a good idea or a cover for the pump. Get it done ASAP before the fish gets killed.

I cut apart an old net as a temporary fix for mine and secured it with a rubber band. We also have a blenny.​

I think you should study the habits of the fish before you put them in the environment you prepared for them. Unless you want to kill them. The mesh will be a good idea or a cover for the pump. Get it done ASAP before the fish gets killed.
I did, it has many hiding locations and cave areas. This was an unforseen hiding location.

Hydor makes some nice options and they have covers.

Oh ok. Well now you have several options to keep em safe. Good luck. Make sure there what ever option you choose the fish cant get inside the whole size.

I've lost a few fish this way..i had to reprogram everything so that nothing comes on automatically. I only turn pumps on if I'm standing there watching now days.

Yep! What I've been doing as well. I'm going to try the netting suggestion above and see.
