I got my Bubblegum Monster from Jose C. from WWC at the Reef-A-Palooza in Oct 08. Here are some pix of it then & now.:bigsmile:

For me it has really took off. I got it with 2 eyes & it has 13 eyes now. Jose said it was a fast grower & he wasn't kidding.

that's great Ghost..i have a couple of questions. How tall is your tank and do you have mh or t5 lighting? I am asking because i got a frag too and dont know if i should place it on the sand or a little higher. Thanks.

yes, the sized frag you got was pretty big and ready to just take off, which it obviously did! Very Nice! It's a great growing coral!!

I love how those square fragplugs that Victor uses show the teeth marks of herbovoires. Nice growth sequence.

My BGM frag had one eye when I got it about 4 months ago and it has 5 eyes now. Pretty fast grower.

Fastest growing chalice I own, however, is the Emerald Mummy Eye. Got a frag from Kigs and it has taken off.

OTOH, my Oregon Mummy Eye is very slow. Grows on the the same scale as Tyree Watermelon.
